Little Fish, and now Ive got Volume Two.
Big Fish Little Fish is a series of CDs that showcases
female singer/songwriters from Chicago and donates
the proceeds to a worthy cause. This one benefits
the Chicago Abused Women Coalition. Some
voices from Volume One reappear on this CD, such
as Summer Chance and ANTJE. But the CD is packed
with new voices as well, spanning every genre,
every attitude, every daring venture into new

know walking into Martyrs on North Lincoln
Avenue, you are entering one of the citys
premiere live music spaces. The acoustics are as
equally kind to an acoustic singer/songwriter act
as they are to a hard rocking band. Walking into
the club for the Big Fish Little Fish
benefit concert the excitement was difficult to
contain. The idea of 11 of the 15 Fish
contributors in that space was a concert I eagerly
anticipated since the announcement.
